Beautiful house in Trevallyn in BLACKSTONE HEIGHTS, Tasmania for sale

Hello there~ It's a terrace house situated in Trevallyn. Really nice and beautiful house. Close to Launceston city. 5mins of walking to cataract george, 10mins of walking to downtown city. Great view of Tamar River. There are street parking places near the house.
There is a room available at the moment. Another room will be available at 26th Oct. Currently there are 2 boys & 1 girls staying in the house and 1 of the boys will leave at 25th Oct. We like sharing foods and enjoy having a cup of tea and have a chat in the living room. We are looking for 2 people who are easygoing, tidy and know how to respect to others. BTW smoking is allowed at the belcony, not in the house.
The rent is $310/week for the whole house. The rent is shared equally by the tenants in the house, which means $77per person per week if there are 4 in the house, $103per person per week if 3. And we pay the rent fortnightly. And there is no wifi. The electricty bill is shared by the tenants. If you are interested in the hosue, give us a call or a text. We could arrange for inspection.
