I have a room avialable in my place in Trevallyn, its close to transport and the grocer, cafe and bakery.
Very close to the Gorge, just a short walk.
I'm 30 year old female working professional and have a cat named Norman, he is quite friendly.
Rent would be 130 a week inclusive of water and electricity or 110 and share bills you choose.. Room comes with comfortable queen size bed and very generous built ins. The room is not big but if you wanted to put a tv on the wall or hang some pictures it would be ok. Alos if you have your own bed it can be removed.
You would need to source your own internet as I currently only have a mobile device with limited download. I am however hoping to be connected to the NBN soon and if you wanted to use the connection would be shared costs.
I am flexible with lease and all i would require was 2 week deposit with 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks notice if you were to move out.
