Full Board includes: F/F room, use of large modern washing machine, detergents etc.(I will wash sheets) - Utilities, Foxtel, Internet, big variety of Foodstuffs
All rooms have extra bed linen, laundry basket for personals, radio/ cassette tape, VHS & dvd player & T.V., electric blankets, etc
U may use any food items in fridges & freezer or pantry (unless it has someone's name label on it) – frozen, canned, & fresh fruits & vegies, we use stainless steel cookware, (gas stove) - wash up & leave kitchen clean – help clean shared living areas ! Water filter in Kitchen, spring water for drinking & cooking – we use real butter, rice bran oil, himalayan crystal salt ...
3 computers on top floor: Windows 7, & Linux – high speed, 110 gb/mo. - u may use the paper & printers, & hook yr laptop into the network! Foxtel in dining room & living room - regular T.V.. in all rooms via digital set top boxes ...
Porch swing & deck table w umbrella on back deck - old-fashioned rain shower in main bathroom, lots of extra towels, toilet paper, shampoos, toothpastes, etc - Pine floors, ceilings & furniture - bright, sunny, clean. Wood heater in living room. Some pets ok - nature reserve behind back fence – fishpond & lots of greenery in paved backyard. Close to buses & supermarkets
I built this home 20 yrs ago, raised 4 kids, did home daycare, then International homestay students, now I share w any *CLEAN LIVING PEOPLE !* (NO excessive drinking, NO drug users, and i prefer non-smokers))
I am a very busy person ! (home duties, designing business cards, A3 auto magnets etc., balloon entertain at some local shows, research health info online, I sell bric-a-brac, yard, garden, n home maintenance, go to Health Club 3 times a week)
